We like to support our customers as much as we possibly can as well as giving back to the organisations that help to support them.

This is why we partner with The Alzheimer’s Society and SSAFA to not only educate our staff members on these illnesses but to offer support where we can. We offer discounts to people who suffer from Alzheimer’s as well as giving discounts to people over 60 and military veterans.

We are totally committed to providing all of our clients with products and a service that is both functional and affordable. We constantly strive to have the lowest rates possible whilst offering a price match guarantee.

Alzheimer’s Society

Dementia devastates lives. Alzheimer’s Society research shows that 900,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia. By 2025, 1 million people will be living with the condition in the UK, and many millions more carers, partners, families and friends will be affected.

Our Directors have been personally affected by dementia and we also know many of our customers are also affected by the disease. We recognise the importance in raising awareness of this disease and since 2019 we have supported the charity by offering ‘dementia friend’ awareness sessions for our colleague and since 2019 we have raised £1,900 in donations. Alzheimer’s Society offers friendly support through a range of virtual and in-person services, including a Dementia Connect support line (0333 150 3456), their online forum Talking Point, and Dementia Advisers.

Military Veterans Discount

The military has always been a big part of our lives which is why we are proud to be able to support military veterans as best we can. We offer a discount to the people that have served our country. Any military veterans that require our services will receive the discount and we have seen first hand the advantages our quality bathrooms provide.

SSAFA

In 2001 the Armed Forces Charity SSAFA approached us to rescue a sub-standard wetroom, installed by a local fitter. Since then, we have been working with them to provide mobility enhanced bathrooms, walk-in baths and wet rooms to military veterans across the UK. As a family-run company with a military history and some current serving members, the SSAFA charity is close to our hearts and its patrons will always be supported with admiration.

Over 60’s Discount

Many of our products and installations are discounted for customers above the age of 60. Since we have elderly family members of our own, we appreciate the value of looking after your loved one’s well-being and restoring democracy.

When we work on your home, we regard you as though you were one of our own, and we keep you updated about the project’s success. We work hard to improve bathing and make it more affordable to all.
