All of our products are installed with a 12 month guarantee. If a product develops a fault, we will be on hand to support you and resolve the issue. Your bathroom will be subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee after the initial 12 months, which ranges from 12 months to a lifetime. We are committed to installing durable and high-quality products, so our warranty is a fail-safe to nurse your concerns.
Your safety is our top priority. We will conduct a thorough inspection pre-installation to uproot potential issues. Once the installation is finished, we will not sign off on completion until our rigorous safety standards have been exceeded. You can expect work to take upwards of 4-5 days, but this may be longer depending on the complexity of the design and your individual needs.
